He was predeceased by: his parents, Jospeh Lotterer and Mamie Lotterer (Carey). He is survived by: his cousins, Anna M. Rhoads (Young) of Granite City, IL and Patricia Kee (Leslie) of Collinsville, IL; and his friend Lori Humphrey of Troy. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
