He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bair and Bertha Tuttle Bair; his parents-in-law, John and Alice Wilson; and his sisters, Linda Wise and Margie Vandolah.
He is survived by: his wife Andrea Louise Wilson Bair of Thayer, Missouri; his children, Wesley (Diane) of Leming, Jeffory (Jolene) of Steelville and Jeremy (Stacey) of West Plains, Missouri; his siblings, Wanda 'Susie Rice and Luther 'Buster Bair; his grandchildren, Kristen, Gregory, Faith, Grace, Carson, Brittney and Jacob; and his great grandchild Madelyn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; other relatives; and a multitude of friends.
