He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tallman and Lena Tallman; and his siblings, Clarabelle and Eugene. He is survived by: his wife Belva Mary Tallman; his daughter Diane Garber (Robert); his grandchildren, Crystal Bliss, Kevin Garber and Teresa Carr; and his brother Larue Tallman. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.
