He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Ann Scogin; his daughters, Sarah Elizabeth Bottarel (Francis), Bethany Lynne Jasper (Steve), Kimberly Joy Poulette (Garrett) and Carrie Sue Scogin-Wiggs (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Carissa, Brianna, Devon, Chandler, Aaron, Andrew (Bethany), Lexi, Levi, Bella, Brandon, Karla, Byron, Berta (Kimberly), Hannah, Nathaniel (Sarah), Zane, Lainey, Tristan, Ava June and Jude (Carrie); his great grandchildren, Ezra (Devon) and Lucas (Aaron); his sister-in-law Bonnie Hilbert; and his siblings, Jan Rodgers (Fred), Elva Cox (Tom), Arnold Scogin and Allen Scogin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; other relatives; and countless friends.
