He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond H. Nuwer and Agnes Mary Nuwer (Hock); and his stepson Douglas Winterfeld. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Winterfeld; his stepson Donavan Winterfeld (Crystal) of Alton; his siblings, Noreene Wooldridge of Springfield and Allen Nuwer of Alton; his daughter-in-law Heather Robertson of Wirth, Ark.; his stepgranddaughters, Jordan and Alexis; his granddaughters, Isabella and River Winterfeld; and his nephew John Wooldridge (Maria) of Springfield.
