He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Ragan and Virginia Chaney Ragan; and his brother-in-law Jim Warren, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Ragan; his children, Marie-Alana Ragan (Joe Mobley) and Eric Ragan (Courtney); his grandchildren, Glady (Jackson Ragan) and Gothenburg; his siblings-in-law, Judy Smith and David Warren; his sister Rhonda Butler; and his parents-in-law, Faye and Jimmie Warren. He is also survived by family.
