She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Thompson and Velia Combs Thompson; her husband Billy Joe Doremus; her daughter Sharon Carol Lions; and her siblings, Maxine Brewer, George Thompson, Buford Thompson, Otho Thompson and Glen Thompson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra St. Martin (Anthony) of Sharpsburg and Teresa Horton (John) of Thayer, Missouri; her grandchildren, Heather Futral (Steve), Brande Reyer (Jimmy), Travis Horton (Stephanie), Tim St. Martin, Vanessa Frizzell (Chris) and Billy Horton; and her siblings, Mary Rogers, Helen Betts, Billy Thompson, Robert Thompson and Boyd Thompson. She is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren; seven great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; other relatives; and many friends.
