He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Anderson (David), Vicki Hurst (Rick) and Lynette Veazie (Lee); his cousins, Harold and Becky Cantrell; his nephew Bob; his niece Kim; and his grandchildren, Jarred Anderson, Alicia Richter, Blake Hurst, Julie Hurst, Jared Hurst, Melissa Cantrell, Randi Cantrell, Rikki Cantrell, Mason Cantrell, Hailey Cantrell and Aleea Veazie. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren; numerous other relatives & friends.
