He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Ebarb and Gracie Ida Seyfarth Ebarb; his daughter Leana Grace Ebarb; and his brothers, Calvin Ebarb, Julius Ebarb and Walter Ebarb.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Ebarb; his sons, Steven Harold Ebarb and Miles Matthew Ebarb; his stepdaughters, Paula Richardson (Bob) and Kathy Flick; and his brother Tom Ebarb (Nancy). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; other relatives; and many friends.
