We are sad to announce that on May 28, 2021, at the age of 55, Nicky Koontz (Tarkio, Missouri), born in Bethany, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Randall L. Koontz and Janelle Koontz (Davis). He is survived by: his daughters, Whitney and Jessica; his grandson Nicholaus; his wife Karla Koontz; his daughter Jordan Koontz; his grandchildren, Karlee Ivey, Kenzee Ralston, Lexie, Camden Allen and Paisleigh Walker; and his siblings, Terry Koontz, Dan Koontz (Pam), Kelven Koontz and Cheryl Lewis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
