He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wallace and Marciline Wallace (Hicks). He is survived by: his wife Betty Wallace; his children, Kathy Elder (James), Lorie Gardner and Jeffrey Templeton; and his sister Kathy Tusai. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to First Christian Church, Tarkio.
