She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Russell and Gladys Evelyn Stevens (Wilson); her daughter Staci Lee; her stepfather James Rollie Cook; and her stepbrother James William Cook.
She is survived by: her former spouses, Rollie Cook and Kenneth Lee, Sr.; her husband Richard Woody; her son Kenneth Jr. Lee (Dia); her grandchildren, Lacie Jones (Jerril) and Justin Nenneman (Emma); her great grandchildren, Lillian, Rosalee, Sierra Jones, Hayden, Aria and Nenneman; her sisters, Rose Munsey (Roy), Linda Pankau (Danny) and Sheila Wilson; and her stepsister Dorothy Benson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Judy was a member of Assembly of God Church, Tarkio and actively supported the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and Arbor Day Foundation.
