Hoffman (Mary) of LaSalle, Illinois; his stepsons, Tom Tieman (Mary) of Oglesby and Troy Tieman of Glendale, Arizona; and his grandchildren, Rachel Frazier, Ashley Hoffman, Zach Walter, Austin Tieman, Mekinzie Tieman, William J. Moriarity and Justin Moriarity. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
