She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas E. Finnell and Flossie Finnell (Bailey); her children, Tomia Flo Downs and Robbie N. Smith; and her stepparents, Edith Cross Finnell and Paul Goe.
She is survived by: her husband Robert A. Smith; her son Eddie Paul Smith of Kansas City, MO; her sister Karin Willingham (Charles) of Centralia; her grandchildren, Edie Jo Mohn, Eddie Paul Smith, II, James Smith, Heather Downs, Thomas Downs, Jesse Stuck and David Wiesner; her niece Pamela Reams; her nephew Clay Thomas Elledge (Angela); and her children-in-law, Teri Jo Ames and Terry Downs. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
