He is survived by: his wife Mary; his brother Gene Blake; his children, Kevin Blake (Josie), Rhonda Smith (Scott) and Michael Blake of Summersville, MO.; his grandchildren, Ryan Blake (Marcella), Ashley Hall (Josh), MaKayla Brooks, Jonathan Smith (Kiera), Tori Porter (Roger), Brittany Miller (Chuck) and Tyler Blake; and his great grandchildren, Lyla, Jameson, Alivea, Hannah, Bella, Christopher, Adalynn, Anna Grace, Raylan and Jax.
