She is survived by: her husband Adrain Duane Smith; her daughters, Tracey Thomas (Willie McClain) and Stacey Bushong (Chris); her brothers, Billy Duncan (Carolyn), David Duncan and Tom Duncan (Brenda); her sister-in-law Beverly Ivie; her grandchildren, Danny Thomas (Stefanie), Kacey Blunk (Scott), Matthew, Abigail, Nicholas, Kathryn and Victoria Bushong; and her great grandchildren, Tucker Thomas, Dallas Thomas, Zachary Thomas, Colton Boyer, Weston Boyer and Trenton Thomas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
