He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Cornelison; and his sister Becky. He is survived by: his mother Irma Cornelison (Rinaldo); and his children, Brad Cornelison, Scott Cornelison (Ashley) and Amy Mowrer (Josh). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
