He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Lauderdale; his wife Pam; his children, Lori Baker-Montgomery (Chad) and Jimmy Fiske; his grandchildren, Alaina Baker, Trey Fiske, Noah Fiske, Rebekah Fiske, Joshua Fiske and Adam Montgomery; his brother Gene Fiske (Beverly); his siblings-in-law, Jeannie Fiske, Helen Fiske, Cindy Goforth and Steve Thacker; and his brothers, Lem Kitchens and Bud Losh. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces, great-nephews, family and friends.
