He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Byse and Helen Byse (Mash); his sister Beverly Wilson; his aunt Stella Mash; his mother-in-law Louise Keeling; and his nephews, Kenny and Robert Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Keeling; his brothers, James Byse and Roy Byse (Vera); his nephew James Byse (Robyn); and his nieces, Melinda Hutson (Floyd) and Michelle Lay (KC). He is also survived by sixteen great nephews and nieces.
