It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Bacon (Strafford, Missouri), born in Nixa, Missouri, who passed away on April 3, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Olen E. Tennis and Nellie Mae Tennis. She is survived by: her husband Basil; her children, Rick Herndon (Lisa), Lori Hensley (David), Chuck Bacon (Terrie) and Dennis Bacon; her sister Jeanette Booth (Larry); and her stepmother Kay Thomas. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
