He was predeceased by: his parents, James Proctor and Susan Garrison Capps; his wife Jimmie; and his siblings, Jack Capps, Kenneth "Bud" Capps, Wilma Lee Capps and Florene Gage.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Sells (Tom) of Strafford, Missouri and Robert Capps (Lynn) of Strafford, Missouri; his grandchildren, Casey Goslee, Samantha Stacey, Ryan Capps and Terri Frerking (Jason); his great grandchildren, Kayley, Natalay, Bobby, Sophia and Dylan; and his sister Geneva Stowe of Lebanon, Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
