With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Effie Lou (Strafford, Missouri), who passed away on October 20, 2018 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lyle (Dale); and her brother Quinton. She is survived by: her parents, Earl Mallard and Chloe Mallard (Ray); her son Roger of Marshfield; and her siblings, Herb, Robert, Ray and Peggy. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as nieces and nephews.
