She was predeceased by: her siblings, Willard, Merele, Amos Lee, Benjamine Pogue, Lucille Whittle, Beulah Thorson, Bessie McCoy and Mary Dale Gray.
She is survived by: her daughter Alta; her husband Harold Swofford; her sons, Carl Swofford (Mary) of Illinois and Darrel Swofford (Rose) of Missouri; and her brother Cecil Pogue (Lily) of Stover. She is also survived by four grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; along with many nieces and nephews.
