He was predeceased by: his parents, David Ewing and Alma Helen Mink (Harned); and his siblings, Barbara Hollis and Douglas Mink. He is survived by: his wife Catherin Gann; his children, Eric Mink, Rachel Rush (Mark), Amy Saxton (Scott Herring), Monica Mink, Jason Mink (Becky) and Amanda Jung (Dennis); his grandchildren, Jackson Rush, Michael Saxton (Hannah), Sarah Herbel (Grant), Hannah Saxton, Andy, Adam, Gracie, Gus, Clara, Cecelia, Hugh Mink, Niki Fogle (Dalton), Wyatt and Wade Jung; his great grandchildren, Jayden and Maverick Fogle; and his brothers, Rev. Donnie Mink (Pat), Steve Mink (Martha) and David Mink (Lisa). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.

Service: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 24th at the funeral home.Burial: Blakely Cemetery, Easton, MO.Donations may be made to Blakely Cemetery or Pleasant Grove School.
