She is survived by: her parents, Velma Williams (Meinke) and William Roger Williams; her brother Bill Williams; her sister-in-law Mona Williams; her husband Charlie Welborn; her children, Tim (Laurie Key), Tammy (Kris Ockenfels) and Tom Key; her grandchildren, Erin Key, Harrison Key, Ally Ockenfels and Kade Ockenfels; and her siblings, Max (Nancy Williams), Rosemary (Ron Searcy), Lee Ann (Rex Searcy) and Jim Williams.
