He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Timothy Raymond Yount and Victoria Eye Yount of Potosi; his grandparents, Travis Eye, Raymond and Lena Yount; his brother Seth Elijah Yount; his wife Beth Yount of Steelville, MO; his sons, Ben (Maureen) and Cyrus Yount (Jordan Lingle) of Festus, MO; his grandchildren, Makiyah and Mathias; his siblings, Noah Yount (Shanna) of Potosi, MO and Carah Watson (Van) of Potosi, MO; his grandmother Rachel Eye; his brother-in-law Kevin Henderson (Sue) of Florissant, MO; his nieces and nephews, Kellen, Maddix Watson, Sadie, River Yount and Matthias Schmidt (Sophia); his great-nieces, Viola and Josephine; and his siblings, David Eye and Melissa Nelson. He was also cherished by other relatives; and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to the Steelville Arts Council to foster music and the love of arts in the local region.
