She was predeceased by: her parents, George Franklin Blair and Madeline Lefler Cooper; her brother Phillip E. Blair; and her nephew Jimmy Blair. She is survived by: her brothers, Roger Lefler (Mary) and Jimmy Blair; her nephew Chris Blair; and her nieces, Devonna Marshall and Jamie Blair.
