He is survived by: his wife Judith L. Hartman of Steelville; his daughter-in-law Kaila Behr of Arnold; his grandchildren, Thomas James Behr and Madeline "Maddie" Behr of Arnold; his siblings, Fred Behr of Festus, George (Michele Behr) of St. Louis, Rosemary Baumgartner of St. Louis and Margaret Waeckerle of St. Louis; and his brother-in-law Robert (Betty Hartman) of Ballwin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends.
