It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Owen (Smithville, Missouri), who passed away on October 12, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Lawless and Edith Lawless (Mueller); her sisters, Verna Blair and Edna Mae Fisher; and her daughter Karry Lyn Owen.

She is survived by: her husband James Owen; her sons, Michael Owen (Linda), Glen Owen (Irene) and Randy Owen (Mari); her grandchildren, Michael Lee Owen (Aubrie), Emily English (Jeffrey), Matthew Daniel Owen (Michelle), Luke James Owen (Emily), Stephen Jacob Owen (Ashley), Caleb Joshua Owen (Ali), Olivia Owen, Monica Owen, Nick McCutcheon (Jenny) and Edward James Owen; and her siblings-in-law, Carl Owen (June), Keith Meek, Beulah Mills and Wilma Owen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
