He was predeceased by: his brother Steve; his sister-in-law Michelle Hamby; his niece Stephanie; and his nephews, Patrick Hamby and Scott.
He is survived by: his parents, John Henry and Freda Louise Hamby; his siblings, Jeff Hamby (Helen), Kassie Siddons (Dan), Stacy Hightower (Kevin), Sara Douglas and Robbie Hamby (Melissa); and also India. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
