She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Prudden and Nancy M. Prudden (White); her husband Lewis; her siblings, Edith Stagner, Wauneta Harter, Sharon Mahan and Stephen Prudden; and her son-in-law Larry Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley Smith of Gladstone, MO and Monica Clemens (Michael) of Lathrop, MO; her grandson Garry Smith (Leslie) of Smithville, MO; her sisters, Kathy Daniel of Osborn, MO and Helen "Peggy"; her siblings-in-law, Charlene Prudden of Eudora, KS and Don Harter; and her great grandchildren, Gage Patrick (Alyssa), Kalup Patrick (Megan), Joseph Holmes, Steven Smith and Troy Smith. She is also survived by 4 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Alzheimer's Association.
