He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Osburn and Merle Osburn; and his sisters, Sandy Lanio and Wendy Rigoli. He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his brothers, Tim and Ted Osburn; his daughter Amber Jasper (Kevin); his grandsons, Corbin and Collin Jasper; and his daughter Rebecca Osburn (Becca). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

“Vickie .amber & becca i am so sorry to hear of dave,s death! I painted with dave for many years. I met dave when he worked for rick engle at newmark apt. And last worked with him at the browns in midtown. He was getting ready to take his grandsons(who was the light of his life) on a camping trip with his brother. My thoughts and prayers are with you in the days ahead! May you find peace and comfort. He was a jewel and will be greatly missed!! Jo lee lockard”
