He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred C. Falls and Bessie Webb Falls; his spouse Cleora Gertrude Jackson; his children, Robert W. Falls, Jr. and Carolyn Lewis; his grandson Tremaine Falls; and his siblings, Fred Falls, James Falls and Virginia Ellis.
He is survived by: his children, David Falls of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Cheryl Falls of Marshall; and his siblings, Elmer Falls of Kansas City, Tenia Wright of Slater, Lucy Falls of Slater, Maxine Falls of Slater and Mary Williams of Higginsville. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren.
