He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry C. Drummond and Isabella Seward Drummond; his wife Leola M. Goodson; and his brothers, Leo Drummond and H. C. Drummond.
He is survived by: his children, Richard V. Drummond, II of Athens, Patrick Drummond of Sedalia, Chris Drummond of Rio Rancho, Kip Drummond of Slater, Dana Sullivan of Slater and Robyn Venable of Slater. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
