He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy F. Spradley and Leona Marie Spradley; his wife Brenda Bushnell; and his brother Eugene Spradley. He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Belinda Young (Brandon) of Bonham and Sondra Hogue (Chris) of Mineola, Texas. He is also survived by two step-grandchildren and three step-great grandchildren.
