She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis G. Paxton and Louise Masel Paxton; her husband Clarence D. Ballew; her son-in-law Everett Gilliam; and her grandson Matthew Ray Horst.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Dean Ballew (Karen) of Macon, Darrell Wayne Ballew of Slater, Linda Kay Horst (Robert) of Boonville and Donna Jean Gilliam of Gilliam. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to Slater United Methodist Church in care of Weiker Funeral Home in Slater.
