He was predeceased by: his father James W. Stobaugh Sr.; and his wife Mary Helen Eastland. He is survived by: his mother Joyce A. Crandall Stobaugh; and his sisters, Shelia Hecke of Bates City, Barbara Hecke of Columbia, MO and Lisa Underwood of Slater, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
