She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Hopkins and Judith Ann Gibson Hopkins; her former husband Dave Eby; and her husband Raymond E. Arbogast. She is survived by: her children, Jamie Capestro of Lake Ozark, Alicia Eby of Slater and Nick Eby of Slater; her siblings, Charles Bernard Hopkins of Miami, Jennifer North of Marshall and Kathy McClanahan of Slater; her uncle Henry Hopkins of Marshall; and her aunt Mary Ford of Slater. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
