He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Berlekamp and Sarah Etta Munckton Berlekamp; and his siblings, Robert Berlekamp, Marqueta Fizer and Joan Bennington.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Bossaller; his daughters, Vickie Vincent (Gary) of Gilliam and Shelly Fletcher (Columbia); his grandchildren, Mallorie Kerby (Will), Kelsey Burkett (Patrick) and Elliott Vincent; his great grandchildren, William Kerby, Fletcher Kerby and Parker Burkett; and his brother George "Tippy" Berlekamp of Slater.
