She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman W. Sullivan and Jessie Moore Sullivan; her husband Luther Toliver; her son Luther Dewayne Toliver; her grandsons, Dale Laster and Travis Laster; and her siblings, Ralph Sullivan and Shirley Aldredge.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Krumsiek (Todd Jenkins) of Slater and Janis Laster of Sedalia; and her daughter-in-law Barbara Pennock of Marshall. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and eighteen great-grandchildren.
