He was predeceased by: his parents, William Victor, Sr. and Theresa Berniece Spire; his brother Bill Spire; his brother-in-law Robert Harmon; and his siblings, David and Judy Spire (Mary Mace).
He is survived by: his son Richard Spire (Tammie); his grandchildren, Cammeron Spire (Amber), Sammantha Spire and Allycia Leslie (Nick); his great grandchildren, Isaiah Spire, Levi Spire, Austyn Spire, Kylynn Spire, Cammdyn Spire, Izzy Spire, Bryson Spire, Ella Leslie and Luke Leslie; and his siblings, Mary Beatty (Bill), John Spire, Carolyn Harmon, Pat Dyer, Helen Derks (Marvin), Emma Walker (Ed), George Spire (Debbie), Barb Sheil (Stephan), Sam Spire, Ron Spire (Carla) and Vickie Kempf (Mike).
The family suggests memorials be made in care of St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church.
