He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Linville and Leona Linville (Tygart); his wife Betty Chapman; and his caregiver Tracy Proffit. He is survived by: his caregiver Debbie Proffit; his friends, Rick Proffit, Terry Proffit, Kent, Jon Proffit, Pam Jones, Chrissy Adsit and Chris Proffit; and also, Tara Lyle (Jeff), Trystan and Brian Coffelt (Carol).
In lieu of flowers, Memorials can be made to the New Nodaway Humane Society.
