She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Nelson; her brother Larry Williams (Susan) of Lenexa, KS; and her children, Kyle Nelson (Karla) of Stewartsville, Kayla Holscher (Robert) of Palestine, IL, Kelly Nelson (Teak) of Kirksville and Karlene Jenkins (Dustin) of Skidmore. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Without hesitation, Betty always donated beautiful and delicious cakes to charitable organizations and events.
