With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Brashears of Sikeston, Missouri, born in Charleston, Missouri, who passed away on November 18, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Charles William "Bill" Brashears; his siblings, Lucille, Retta Melba Jean, Carol Ruth, Beverly Ann, Jackie, Paula, Bill, Ivaleen and Rosie; and his brother-in-law John Hooper.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Hooper of Bertrand; his sons, Steven Brashears (Amy) and Mike Brashears (Sherrie); his grandchildren, Mark, Crystal, Matt, Heather and Charlie; his sisters, Linda Claton and Sue Rettig; and his friend Connie Hooper. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family requests memorials be made to the Kenny Rogers Center in Sikeston, MO.
