He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Webb and Audrey Webb (Carney); his former wife Beverly Webb; and his siblings, Oral Webb, Jack Webb, Loren Webb and Naomi Webb.
He is survived by: his children, Tim Webb (Traci), Felicia Joines of Carthage, MO. and Melissa Snow (Greg) of Diamond, MO; his stepdaughter Angela Varner (Jerry) of Washburn, MO; and his sister Norma Burtrum of Joplin, MO. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
