He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Hoffman and Charlotte Minter. He is survived by: his wife Cindy (Hughes); his children, Whitney [Sebastian] Mills and Jordan [Stefanie] Hoffman; his grandchildren, Lennox Mills, Bettie Mills, Jack Mills and Evelyn Hoffman; and his sisters, Terry Soto, Cynthia Aldrich, Leah Kincheloe and Connie Neill.
