He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Tsipan and Ustina Tsipan. He is survived by: his spouse Irina Malkanova; and his children, Leo Tsipan (Yelena) of Sedalia, Victoria Polishchuk (Max) of Rockland, CA, Julie Ivanitskiy (David) of Dallas, GA and Yelena Butenko (Dmitriy) of Sedalia. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters.
