He is survived by: his mother Barbara Rouse (Good) of Abilene, TX; his brother Edwin Rouse, Jr. (Carol) of Abilene, TX; his daughters, Charity Mumby (Brian) of Sedalia, MO and Faith Stacy of Sedalia, MO; and his grandchildren, McKenna, Jennifer and Christopher.
