He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie Jinks and Gilbert F. Luper; his siblings, David Stiffarm and Betty Estes; and his daughter Betty.
He is survived by: his spouse Valmeta Schrader; his daughters, Teresa Stine (Joe) and Pamela Loomis (Vaughn); his grandsons, Sean Loomis (Anthony), Brett Allen and Luke Loomis; his great grandchild Kinsley Allen; his siblings, Donald "Eddie" Luper (Annalee), Larry Stiffarm (Becky) and Lori Kliethermes (Tom); and his friend John Bopp.
