Smith, Jr. (Darcy) of Kansas City, David Ashworth Smith (Carlene) of Lisle, Keith Raynor Smith (Monica) of Chambersburg, Martha Frances Haynie (Smith) of Sarcoxie and Samuel Stefan Smith (Debra) of Sarcoxie; her sister Betty Ashworth Turner of Richmond; her grandchildren, Thomas Smith, James Smith, Davida Smith, Kendra Bacon Smith, Bernadette Braun, Stephen Smith, Martin Smith, David Haynie, Jonathan Haynie, Derek Smith and Olivia Smith; and her great grandchild Emma Haynie.
